GENERAL
Yes, please send us a message with your order confirmation number and the logo or wording you would like to apply. Please note, all images must be in PNG or JPEG format, and must not include color, as the image you provide are laser printed onto our leather goods.
Yes, you can select the "Without Thunderbolt Logo" option upon adding the product to your cart. We understand not everyone can handle the greatness of the P47 Thunderbolt.
At this time, Thunderbolt Leather does not have a storefront. All orders are shipped and we do not have will call.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, & EXHANGES
All items must be returned within ten days of receiving the product. Based on shipment tracking, you have ten days from when tracking shows your package was delivered. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refund will be issued once product is received by Thunderbolt Leather. Please note, it can take 3-5 business days for a refund to credit back to your original form of payment.
Unfortunately we do not except exchanges. If you would like a different item than the one purchased, please return the item and make a purchase for the item you would like.
Currently, orders can take up to seven business days to process before shipping. This is due to our goods being handmade by us and not off an assembly line. Shipping times are dependent upon location and courier.
Tracking notification will be sent to the email provided when item ships.
If you received tracking and your order has shipped, please contact the courier as you may be experiencing a delay in the shipping process. If you have not yet received tracking, your handmade goods are still in work and we will send you tracking as soon as your order ships.
